The Dual Permanent Animal Registration Form

This application is for any owner that is looking to increase their animal’s value by giving them dual registration. The registration with the other registries would have to be sent at the time of enrollment. Its $158.50 for a hard copy . If you would like to have a digital copy only emailed/ texted to you within hours after receipt, the price is $105. If you would like to have both a physical copy along with a digital copy the cost is $215.00.
Domestic Single Animal Registration

The Single permanent Animal Registration Form

This application is for any animal that has not been previously registered with any other registry or kennel club under your name or missing proof of registration. There is a registration fee of $214.25 for a hard copy. If you’re interested in only receiving a digital digital copy that would either be emailed/ texted to you within hours after receipt, the price is s $175 or you can get both a digital and a hard copy for $315.00

To register a cat or dog litter or bird
if both parents are BBOA or the price is $37.50 each pup or kitten or bird if they are under 14 weeks or younger. If they are older than 14 weeks but less than 6 months there will be a late fee of $100 to the total price of the litter.
